Longwu Tea Village
龙坞
Tea terraces, forest ridges, and a hidden reservoir loop. Longwu is one of Hangzhou's most scenic tea areas, well-connected by metro and bus.
Longwu 龙坞 is a tea-growing village area southwest of West Lake, less crowded than Longjing but equally scenic. Its hills are covered in terraced tea plantations, with forested ridges and a hidden reservoir at the centre of the most popular loop hike. Longwu is well-connected by metro and bus, making it accessible without a car despite its rural feel.
